Principle and conditions

The Credit Guarantee Fund is designed to guarantee the assistance provided by banks in the context of the creation, transfer, cash restructuring or development of companies.

Only a Monegasque banking institution may request the intervention of the Fund.

The banking institution submits a file to the Department of Budget and Treasury which then forwards it to the various contributors involved.
