Reclaiming Your Vehicle

To collect your vehicle, you should go to the Fontvieille Police Station in the Place du Campanin.

You can collect your vehicle by day or at night once you have paid the fine, whatever the type of vehicle. There is an additional charge for the cost of impounding the vehicle.

If you do not collect your vehicle within 36 hours, you will be charged garaging fees.

Once the formalities have been completed, you can collect your vehicle from the Parking des Ecoles car park in Fontvieille.

Abandoned Vehicles

If no one has collected the vehicle after several months, Monaco Police service will try to identify the owner.  If this is not possible, or the owner refuses to collect the vehicle, the State Property Authority will sell the vehicle.
