Principle and conditions

Any change to the information concerning individuals or their businesses declared during registration must be reflected via an amendment or addition to the Business Development Agency within 30 days of the change in circumstances occurring.

Obtaining and completing the form

To get this form you can either:

Collating the documents

For all:

  • Duly completed "Modification/Removal from NIS Register" form
  • Photocopy of the Monaco identity card or  the residence permit of the person making the declaration or their representative

Business Development Agency  may request any other information which is required to review your file.

Other documents to provide:

Amendment to the birth name:

A photocopy of both sides of one of the following documents, which must be valid and up-to-date:

  • Monaco identity card
  • Passport, with a translation which was performed by a sworn translator
  • Residence permit 

 

Change of address: 

  • Copy of both sides of a Monaco identity card or valid residence permit which details the new address

 

Change of nationality: 

  • Copy of both sides of an ID card or certified copy of the naturalisation deed

 

Marriage:

  • Original marriage certificate with, if necessary, a translation performed by a sworn translator

 

Matrimonial property scheme:

  • Original marriage certificate detailing the matrimonial property scheme or a copy of the marriage contract with, if necessary, a translation. Alternatively, a copy of the judgement which officially recognises the change in the matrimonial property scheme with a translation performed by a sworn translator if necessary

 

Divorce:

  • Original birth or marriage certificate mentioning the divorce 
  • or a copy of the divorce judgement

 

Death of spouse: 

  • Original death certificate

Relocation of the establishment or opening of a branch office: 

  • Photocopy of lease registered with the Department of Tax Services
  • Photocopy of the statement modifying the entity’s registered office
  • Photocopy of the title deed

Amendment to the activity exercised:

  • Photocopy of the amended articles of association, or the minutes amending the company’s objects, business activities, name, the powers of any person entitled to bind the company, photocopy of the ministerial decree authorising and approving the amendment to the entity’s articles of association

Sending off or submitting the application

Once you have collated the documents (form completed, dated and signed, in addition the supporting evidence), you can either:

  • Submit it to Business Development Agency 
  • Send it by post
  • Send it by e-mail
