The additional fee paid will be reimbursed pro rata temporis for the year 2020 from the second half of April 2020.

State-owned commercial premise

Exemption for rents and service charges for the second quarter of 2020 will be automatic for traders who have had to close temporarily pursuant to the Ministerial Decision of 18 March 2020.

Those affected will not need to complete any formalities, and will be notified by a letter from the State Property Authority.
Rent and leasing costs for March 2020 will be reimbursed to the traders concerned, from the second half of April 2020.

For any further information, you can send an email to: administration.domaines@gouv.mc  or call 98.98.44.66.

State-owned office and industrial premises

Tenants of state-owned office and industrial property whose activity has been significantly impacted by the health crisis can contact the State Property Authority by email at the following address with regard to any questions they may have: administration.domaines@gouv.mc or by telephone on: 98.98.44.66

Municipal commercial premises

To support traders during the COVID-19 health crisis, Monaco Town hall has decided to exempt traders who rent State-owned property from paying their rent and fees in March. This measure will remain in place until the end of the crisis.

As concerns the fees for Occupying the Public Highway that relate to terraces and are paid on an annual basis, a pro rata temporis basis will apply. Thus, there will be no charge for the months during which the terraces have not been used.
