Principle and conditions

A grant may be paid to the first 100 traders to help/support/encourage them to carry out embellishment or renovation work on their premises, shop fronts, signs or sunshades.  It may also be paid to owners of vacant commercial premises with a view to returning these premises to commercial use.

Applications for this subsidy may be made for any shops that have shop windows and are open to the public in the Principality of Monaco.

To benefit from the State subsidy, the work must be carried out by a company located in the Principality of Monaco.

The aid is granted, in principle, on the basis of an application file.

It amounts to 20% of the cost of the work, including taxes, with a ceiling of EUR 10,000, paid directly to the business on completion of the work, carried out before 30 June 2021.
