Principle and conditions
Home working is a temporary measure, introduced to ensure the continuity of Monegasque business activities and to limit the risks of spreading COVID−19; it will therefore come to an end once the health crisis is over.
It can be decided upon and implemented by an employer with the agreement of the employee, civil servant, an officer of the State or the Commune. It can be applied to all or part of the employee's weekly working hours, whether the employee resides in the Principality of Monaco, France or Italy. Employees on sick leave are excluded from home working measures.
