When an incident occurs in an information system (IS), it can cause a variety of serious and less serious consequences.
The nature of the incident determines whether it is necessary to bring it to the attention of the Monaco Cyber Security Agency (AMSN) and/or the Data Protection Authority of Monaco (CCIN), or even take legal action by means of a complaint to the Police Department (DSP) or the Public Prosecution Department.
