Principle and conditions
Company cards are issued for a period of 5 years, against payment of a user charge of €204.50. Cards are renewable at their expiry at the request of companies.
Any manager of a company established in Monaco who operates a heavy goods vehicle (over 3,5 T or travelers vehicles more than 9 seats) may request one or more cards, for himself or for his employees. These cards can be used to manage data transfer from the vehicle on-board system to the company’s IT system. Company cards are non-personal, in accordance with Community regulations. They only mention the company’s name and head office address.
Cards can be replaced in the event of loss, theft or defect. Cards are replaced against payment, except for cases of malfunction due to a technical failure of the card. In the event of request for replacement of a card due to malfunction, it is mandatory to return the defective card.

Collating the documents
You must submit the following documents along with your application:
- A valid copy of the Trade and Industry Registry
- One means of payment (cash, cheques payable in Monaco or France and Visa bank cards only)
Submitting the application
You need to submit the complete application to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office.
